I have shaped my career by combining my expertise in machine and mechanical design with the discipline of producing systematic and creative solutions to engineering problems. I approach every project not merely as a technical assignment but as an engineering responsibility in which functionality, reliability, and sustainability have to coexist.

I take an active role from the beginning of the design process to its end, working with my team through every step from concept development to prototyping and production validation. Using CAD-based modeling tools, I simulate, analyze, and optimize complex mechanical systems.

I believe a design has to work with the same precision in the field as it does on paper. In engineering, detail is not a preference but a requirement. With this understanding I evaluate every component, every tolerance, and every material choice together with its justification, keeping both technical and economic feasibility in view.

Compliance with standards, cost efficiency, and manufacturability are the three criteria I always keep at the forefront of my design decisions.

I see collaboration and knowledge sharing within the team as the cornerstone of corporate development. In interdisciplinary projects I take on a bridging role, and I take care to convey technical information in language every stakeholder can understand.

In a period when technology and production methods are changing rapidly, I see keeping myself up to date and remaining open to learning as my greatest professional responsibility.
