Clarification text on the protection of personal data (KVKK)
1. Data controllerAces Process (“the Company” or “we”) operates this website (“the Site”) and is therefore the data controller that processes your personal data. We attach importance to the security of your personal data. With this in mind, we process and store the personal data of our visitors (“Visitor” or “you”) in accordance with Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“KVKK”). This clarification text sets out for what purpose your personal data is collected, how it is processed, and what your rights are.
2. Personal data collectedWhen you visit our website, personal data such as your first name, last name, e-mail address, telephone number, gender, IP address, the pages you visit, and your user activity may be collected.
3. Purposes of processing your personal dataThe personal data collected is processed in order to provide you with better service, to improve our products and services, to handle your requests and complaints, to inform you about new products and services, to invite you to our surveys and campaigns, and in accordance with the KVKK and the provisions of other relevant legislation.

Parties to which your personal data is transferred and the purposes of transferYour personal data is processed by our Company in accordance with the personal data processing conditions and purposes set out in Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK. It is processed lawfully and fairly, for specified, explicit, and legitimate purposes, and in a manner that is relevant, limited, and proportionate to the purpose for which it is processed. Your personal data may also be shared with third parties in order to fulfill legal obligations, to protect the legitimate interests of our Company, or in line with the consent of the data subjects.
5. Method of collecting personal data and the legal groundsYour personal data may be collected through the website and through various other channels, by automated or non-automated means. This data is processed in order to provide our services, to fulfill our legal obligations, to improve our services, and to inform you.
6. Rights of the data subject (KVKK Article 11)As a data subject, you may exercise the following rights under Article 11 of the KVKK by applying to our Company:
- To learn whether your personal data is processed,
- To request information about the processing if your personal data has been processed,
- To learn the purpose of processing your personal data and whether it is used in accordance with that purpose,
- To know the third parties in Türkiye or abroad to which your personal data is transferred,
- To request the correction of your personal data if it has been processed incompletely or inaccurately,
- To request the erasure or destruction of your personal data within the conditions laid down in Article 7 of the KVKK,
- To request that the operations carried out pursuant to your correction, erasure, and destruction requests be notified to the third parties to which your personal data has been transferred,
- To object to a result to your detriment that arises from the analysis of your processed data exclusively by automated systems,
- To claim compensation for the damage if you suffer loss because your personal data has been processed unlawfully.
You may submit requests concerning the rights listed above to our Company in accordance with the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller. Your application must state your first name, last name, your signature if the application is made in writing, your Republic of Türkiye identity number (for foreign nationals, nationality, passport number, or identity number if any), your place of residence or business address for service of notice, your e-mail address for notification if any, your telephone and fax number, and the subject of your request.

Depending on the nature of your request, our Company concludes it free of charge as soon as possible and within thirty (30) days at the latest. However, if the process requires an additional cost, the fee in the tariff set by the Personal Data Protection Board may be charged.
8. CookiesAlongside the strictly necessary cookies required to run the site, our site uses optional analytics cookies (Google Analytics and Yandex Metrica) to measure visitor behavior. Analytics cookies are loaded only after your explicit consent has been obtained; you can give or refuse this consent through the cookie notice shown on your first visit to the site.
